By accessing and using Apollo Diagnostics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services
Apollo Diagnostics provides diagnostic testing services including blood tests, pathology, and various health packages. All tests are conducted by certified professionals in NABL-accredited facilities.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made online or by phone. Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Sample Collection
Home collection is available in select areas. Patients must follow pre-test instructions (such as fasting requirements) for accurate results. Our technicians will verify your identity before sample collection.
5. Reports
Test reports are typically delivered within 24-72 hours depending on the test type. Reports can be accessed online through our portal or downloaded as PDF. Physical copies can be collected from our center.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, test results should be interpreted by qualified healthcare professionals. Apollo Diagnostics is not liable for medical decisions made based on test results.
