Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Before Sample Collection

If you cancel your booking before sample collection, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations can be made through our portal or by calling our customer service.

2. Cancellation After Sample Collection

Once the sample has been collected, refunds are not available as the testing process has already begun. However, if there are issues with sample quality requiring recollection, no additional charges will apply.

3. Failed Home Collection

If our technician is unable to reach your location due to incorrect address or non-availability, a rescheduling fee may apply. In case of cancellation, service charges will be deducted from the refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

5. Test Errors

In the rare event of testing errors on our part, we will either re-run the test at no additional cost or provide a full refund, as per your preference.
